Compensation: $38-$44 hourly | $80k-$90k annually

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Junior SharePoint Administrator to support our ongoing SharePoint Online projects and operational activities. The successful candidate will assist engineering teams with SharePoint migration initiatives, manage SharePoint Online environments, and ensure seamless integration with Microsoft 365 services. This role provides a foundational entry point into enterprise SharePoint administration, security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist engineering teams with supporting client SharePoint migration projects from on-premises environments to SharePoint Online.
  • Provide Level 1 & 2 support for SharePoint Online, including site management, sharing, permissions, and storage monitoring.
  • Manage user profiles, security settings, compliance configurations, and integrations with Microsoft 365 solutions such as Teams, Entra ID, Office 365, and OneDrive.
  • Respond to and resolve support tickets related to SharePoint Online issues using ITSM tools such as NinjaOne.
  • Monitor and optimize SharePoint Online storage and site performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of SharePoint and related Microsoft 365 services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint site management, sharing & permissions, storage monitoring/management, user profile management, and security & compliance.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 integration (Teams, Entra ID, Office 365, OneDrive).
  • Experience using service desk ticketing systems and ITSM tools (e.g., NinjaOne).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate and/or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
  • Exposure or experience with SharePoint migration projects, particularly transitioning from on-premise to SharePoint Online.
  • Familiarity with Power Automate for process automation.
  • Previous experience working in a support or administrative capacity within enterprise environment
